What We Believe
Are you confused by so many different religious teachings? We try to be simply Chrisans, following only the things we can read in the Bible and wearing no other name but Christ’s. Our aim is to follow His Word in all that we do and to be the same church as described in the New Testament.
We Believe
- The Bible is the complete Word of God and provides everything we need to live a life that pleases Him (2 Timothy 3:16-17; 1 Peter 1:3); it is living and active and is the authority for our lives today (Hebrews 4:12).
- God loves everyone and, in His great love, He gave us Jesus (John 3:16).
- Jesus is the only way to heaven, and there is no other name by which we can be saved. (John 14:6; Acts 4:12). He offers us His grace, a free gift for all who have faith in Him (Ephesians 2:8).
- Baptism unites us with Christ (Galatians 3:27) and brings us into contact with His blood, which washes away our sins (Ephesians 1:7). As we are buried in water through faith, we are raised to walk a new life (Romans 6:3-4).
- We are to do our best to live holy and acceptable lives pleasing to God (Romans 12:1-2), remaining faithful until death (Revelation 2:10).

We have Bible classes for all ages on Sunday mornings and Wednesday nights. Our worship services on Sundays are very simple and uplifting as we strive to “worship Him in spirit and in truth” (John 4:24).
